How Tibetan Buddhist thought can change your life

This workshop has been running for the last five years and is usually full of
people looking for another way to engage with their spirituality. The next one is being held on Saturday 3 July 2010.

In the workshop:

  • you explore the basic tenets of Buddhism

  • hear about the Dalai Lama’s philosophy and his advice to Westerners interested in Buddhism
  • learn tools to overcome negativity, such as self-hatred, fear, anger,
    jealousy, resentment, stress and depression
  • learn how to embrace joy, happiness, laughter, self-esteem and forgiveness
  • experience meditation and relaxation
  • discuss your own experiences and learn from other people
