Your relaxation session can be ’stand alone’ or it can be used as part of an on-going package of help.
During the session you will learn to breathe more slowly and deeply in a calm and effortless way. Your mind will slow down and you will let go of the tension in your muscles. You will leave the session with ideas of how to practice relaxation in your daily life – just five minutes at your desk at work can make all the difference!
